In checking the box above, you agree and confirm that you are legally able to consent to the enrollment of the minor listed above in rescue swimming lessons. Leland's Legacy is a non-profit dedicated to helping children with the sponsorship of rescue swimming lessons, by providing funding to trained independent instructors. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of lessons or your child's ability to survive should an unexpected encounter with water occur. As a part of this program you agree that rescue swimming lessons, alone, are not sufficient to protect a child and that adult supervision near water is always the best way to prevent a drowning.
